Billing: Whenever you place an order in our website, you will receive a system-generated bill at your email address. After that, you will get a call from our eCommerce team to reconfirm your order and will receive an SMS to your contact number as well.

There are two ways to make your payments. You can pay on-

Cash on delivery: Customers can pay while they will receive the product.

Payment Gateway: SSLCOMMERZ payment gateway solution:

Once the payment is done, you will be notified of the aforementioned amount through your registered Mobile Number.

Shipping Policy:

As we are collaborating with delivery companies to deliver orders, therefore the delivery process is not fully in our control. We apologize for the causation of any damage & promise to give the customer-based solution. We start our shipping after getting the reconfirmation from the customer end, So if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Service Department at your earliest. Due to a large volume of orders during our promotional campaign, delivery might take a few days longer than regular.

Delivery	150 Taka (One way travel cost required) inside Chattogram. Delivery       time: 3-5 Days. 200 Taka outside Chattogram . (Delivery charge may vary for different     locations). Depending on location delivery will be made in 7-10 days. Delivery to Shundarban Branch Full payment should be made in   advance   (2-3) days after getting the confirmation message from the   Ecommerce team.
Exchange	As per exchange policy.
Return	Outside Chattogram : 200 Taka. (One-way travel cost required).

Free Shipping: Free shipping applicable for more than  BDT5000+ Order ( It may vary for any campaign )

For every individual item, VAT will be applicable (7.5% for clothing, 5% for accessories). It may vary on time as per government law.
